This piece is one from my "dropped vase" series that I started of in 2019 with blue and white, japanoise decor. This new colour scheme and design is inspired by renaissance majolica from Venice. There is a lot of heated discussion between a faun and a lion going on, not sure what the chap with the flag is up to.
